How much does it cost to clean my home?
We provide a flat rate based on factors including number of bedrooms/rooms, bathrooms, state of a home, size, the frequency of cleaning, travel distance and any add on
Are you pet friendly?
Yes, we are animal lovers. Please leave your pet name and any instructions where your pet/s wi l be confined and if there are special instructions for your pets.
Do you have an option for house cleaning service every 3 weeks?
Our recurring scheduling is currently on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis.
Do I have to be home at the time of my cleaning?
No, you do not have to be at home when your cleaning lady is cleaning your home. If you are not going to be home, please provide instructions in advance for how we can access your house to complete the cleaning. However, if we won't be able to access your home when we arrive to do the cleaning, and we cannot get a hold of you to find a solution quickly, we wi l need to charge a cancelation fee. Please give us 48 hours’ notice should you need to cancel your scheduled clean.
Will you hold on to my house keys?
We do not take our customers’ keys. An option we recommend is that you get a combo lock box or instal a numeric deadbolt on your door or leave a garage code
What should I do before you arrive?
You are not required to do any preparation for your cleaning. However, by picking up off the floor things like loose toys, sma l tools or other items, you wi l receive maximum value for your money Your cleaner wi l focus on the job rather than tidy up.
Do I have to sign a contract ?
Absolutely not! You never sign a contract with us. We strive to maintain our higher cleaning standards for each visit
What you do not clean in a home
● We do not clean; biohazards (bodily fluids, drug paraphernalia, etc.), infestations (bugs, pests, etc.), climb/use second story ladders, etc.
● Clean inside dishwashers, dryers and laundry machines
● Ceiling fans and vents (this required trained technicians)
● Clean inside fireplace, unfinished basements
● Decluttering and organizing
● Laundry services
● Removing or cleaning hazardous materials
● Clean high ceilings or high to reach surfaces
● Clean or remove paint on windows, countertops, floors, doors
● Remove garbage out of premises
● Clean inside garages - remove rest of sentence
What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 24-hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, simply give us a ca l within 24 hours of your cleaning and we wi l return to rectify the situation at no cost.
